Providers are expected to have all of the answers, but that’s a heavy burden when it comes to nuanced topics such as perinatal fitness. Not only have you likely received very little education on the topic, but the guidelines are many, the research is evolving, the internet is full of conflicting information AND time with your patients is limited.
I’m here to help lighten your load and to support you in navigating the tricky conversations around this topic. Having worked as a bedside nurse, I have a deep understanding and appreciation for the tireless work you do.
You are an EXPERT in your field (and we are so grateful you are), but you don’t need to be THE expert in this field too.
Instead, you can come to me with questions and together, we can partner to best guide your patients. A patient-centered collaborative approach is what’s necessary when supporting the needs of special populations in prenatal fitness. Through creative teamwork, I believe it IS possible to keep every patient moving and every pregnancy (both mom and baby) benefiting from movement.
So, let’s get to know one another! You can find a time on my calendar for a free 30 minute video call here! Please come with questions and when booking, feel free to send the reason for your consultation in advance so I may arrive to our session fully prepared.
