Health Coaching is the missing link between where you are now and where you want to be. It’s the key that unlocks the door, the “Goo Gone” that un-sticks the adhesive patterns of repeated behavior.
Providing compassionate, mindful presence, I work one-one-one with individuals as a behavior change expert. Through our work together, I empower clients in reaching their health and wellness goals.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, unsure of how to tackle a looming health related issue or just in need of support, Health Coaching might be just the missing piece to helping you make a bit of forward momentum.
This is the type of momentum that has you getting your walks in, your PT exercises completed, the type of momentum that helps you create your bedtime sleep hygiene or morning meditation, the type of momentum that allows you to prepare nourishing meals and show up wholeheartedly with patience for the people you love most (including yourself)…this type of momentum feels good. SO GOOD. It’s the kind that nourishes us, fuels us and inspires us to keep going.
What you can expect:

Jump-Start Package: For getting un-stuck and building momentum
The details:
- We will meet for a total of six weekly coaching sessions.
- The first session ranges from 30-45 min, the following five sessions are 20-25 minutes each
- The cost is $320/6 one-on-one coaching sessions

Deep-Dive Package: For making real progress toward health goals
The details:
- This package allows for getting unstuck, building momentum AND for making real, tangible progress toward your health goals.
- We will meet for a total of twelve coaching sessions.
- Initially, we will meet weekly and gradually as you begin to make progress, we will space the sessions out–biweekly and sometimes even longer! This helps you to test your own accountability…it’s kind of like taking the training wheels off your bike!
- The first session ranges from 30-45 min, the following five sessions are 20-25 minutes each
- The cost is $600/12 one-on-one coaching sessions
