Suddenly you find you’re not thinking as clearly as you used to–and it’s more than just “Motherhood Brain.” You’re forgetting words, your joints are achey, you don’t seem to have the same drive that you once did, your pants aren’t fitting quite right, your period really leaves you reeling, you can’t seem to lose weight despite your best attempts and most everything conjures irritability and depletion–unless of course, you’re in the magical five-ten day window of your cycle when you’re on feeling your best.

You’re likely in your early-mid-40s and you can just *tell* that things are shifting. It’s more than a physical shift, it’s a mental one too.
Sometimes you like the new you that’s emerging and at other times, it feels completely unfamiliar and overwhelming. You notice that less tolerance can be found and greater boundaries are enforced–even and maybe especially, with those you love most.

Perimenopause, a transition that can last close to a decade need not simply be endured, it can be embraced.
Gone are the days when women needed to solely suffer through hot flashes and mood swings, just to be told they’re crazy. No, no, no. That will not do. Not for me or for the community of women I support.
We are ushering in a new era of powerful, educated, resourceful women who can meet the perimenopause transition with grit and grace. I am on a mission to empower women during this transformational phase of life, just as I do during pregnancy and postpartum.

What You Can Expect From Our First Session:
- Virtual Training Session, 60 minutes in length
- Review of Paperwork/General Intake
- Discussion of your goals for perimenopause fitness as applicable
- Utilization of the Health Coach Approach as I begin to learn more about you, your why, your strengths and values
- A main focus in our first session is answering YOUR burning questions
- The Education Begins!! As always, I will meet you where you are in this process and we will discuss what to expect on your path toward strength and vitality in perimenopause
- Introduction to alignment, core strengthening and diaphragmatic breathing
- Creation of a plan for moving forward on your perimenopause fitness journey
- Thorough notes to follow-up on the information covered in our session
- Follow-up with accountability check-ins if desired and as agreed upon mutually
- Referrals to local practitioners and services as desired and applicable

What You Can Expect From Ongoing Sessions:
- Virtual training sessions over Zoom with the capacity to record for repeated viewing
- Packages are booked for 6, 12, 24 or 36 sessions
- Individualized scheduling (as frequent as twice weekly) to create continuity, accountability and progress
- Specialized progressive training to support your goals in perimenopause
- Safe, creative workouts (using the equipment and space you have available) that feel achievable along the way–making modifications for sometimes surprising journey that is perimenopause
- Ongoing education in perimenopause fitness, mind-body modalities including breathing, mindfulness and meditation training
- Follow-up notes within 24 hours after each session so that you can incorporate our work on your own time
- Referrals to appropriate resources as indicated
- Ongoing support from me including accountability check-ins in between sessions as desired
