If you’ve been cleared to advance your postpartum training beyond Return to Fit: Postpartum Phase I Training, then Beyond Fit: Postpartum Phase II Training is right for you!
You’re getting more consistent sleep and your core strength has returned, you’re finding the time to eat nourishing meals and to rest when you can. You’ve settled into motherhood–whether for the first or fifth time.
You’re now able to lift your head up to consider what it might feel like to be strong in your body, to have fitness and wellness goals!
You’re ready for more, to get sweaty and to feel fantastic all WHILE still being an awesome mom! I’m ready for you!
We’ll also work through a variety of High Intensity Interval Circuits comprised of cardio, strength and agility exercises to keep your heart pumping and your body working. While we will work at a high-intensity, the program has been specifically designed with the postpartum body in mind, meaning that the impact will be moderate, measured and safe.

THE BODIES FOR BIRTH® METHOD
What You Can Expect From Our First Session:
- Virtual Training Session, 60 minutes in length
- Review of Paperwork/General Intake
- Discussion of your goals for postpartum fitness as applicable
- Utilization of the Health Coach Approach as I begin to learn more about you, your why, your strengths and values
- A main focus in our first session is answering YOUR burning questions
- The Education Begins!! As always, I will meet you where you are in this process and we will discuss what to expect on your path toward strength and vitality in motherhood
- Introduction to alignment, safe postpartum core strengthening and diaphragmatic breathing as needed
- A detailed Corrective Exercise Assessment
- Creation of a plan for moving forward on your postpartum fitness journey
- Thorough notes to follow-up on the information covered in our session
- Follow-up with accountability check-ins if desired and as agreed upon mutually
- Referrals to local practitioners and services as desired and applicable

What You Can Expect From Ongoing Sessions:
- Virtual training sessions over Zoom with the capacity to record for repeated viewing
- Packages are booked for 6 or 12 sessions depending on your stage of postpartum recovery
- Individualized scheduling (as frequent as twice weekly) to create continuity, accountability and progress
- Specialized progressive training to assist your body in postpartum recovery
- Safe, creative workouts (using the equipment and space you have available) that feel achievable and challenging along the way–making modifications for sometimes surprising journey that is postpartum
- Ongoing education in postpartum fitness, mind-body modalities including breathing, mindfulness and meditation training
- Follow-up notes within 24 hours after each session so that you can incorporate our work on your own time
- Referrals to appropriate resources as indicated
- Ongoing support including accountability check-ins in between sessions as desired
