We’ll work on continuing to strength the core through more challenging postpartum safe core exercises. Ā Then, we’ll work through a High Intensity Interval Circuit comprised of cardio, strength and agility exercises to keep your heart pumping and your body working.
The circuit is arranged in a circle which allows for conversation, fun and camaraderie! Ā We’ll close the class with a final breathing meditation and stretching.

Please note:Ā If you’ve attended at least one Return to Fit series or have been cleared to advance your intensity postpartum through One-on-One Training, then Beyond Fit is right for you!
